Jessica started in the golf industry in food and beverage with St. Cloud golf course. She developed exceptional customer service skills while working at the Loews Hard Rock Hotel for six years while developing her operational and sales skills in the hospitality industry. Later Jessica was the Personal Assistant to the General Manager of Sonesta overseeing the property’s conversion to a DoubleTree by Hilton. Always passionate about the golf industry, 8 year later she managed the golf operations at Dubsdread Golf Course where she also honed her expertise in sales. Shortly after Jessica joined the Integrity Golf’s team in 2013, she began exercising her customer relation skills and engaging her energetic personality to drive business to Integrity Golf’s properties nationwide. Jessica is proud to be part of the the driving force behind our national management team providing each and every client and guest an amazing experience.
Sally J. Sportsman
Sally J. Sportsman, a golf media and public-relations executive, is also an award-winning golf writer. She holds an undergraduate degree from the University of Missouri-Columbia and a graduate degree from the University of Missouri-Kansas City. She has served as communications coordinator of the Golf Coaches Association of America and as executive director of the Junior Golf Foundation of Greater Kansas City. Books she has edited include Green Glory – A Visual Tribute to the Courses of the Majors – Golf’s Renowned Venues, by M.E. Mortensen, and How to Sound Like You Know What You’re Saying, by Garrett Gardner.
Kim Orsolits, SPHR, SHRM-SCP
Kim Orsolits provides guidance on human capital matters such as compliance and regulatory issues, employee relations, staffing and retention, performance management, and overall human resources strategy. With more than 20 years of generalist experience, she has served in many roles to include SVP of Human Resources and Regional HR Director where she has written HR manuals, created performance management programs, developed HR strategy and provided executive leadership for the overall HR function.
Lauren attended The Academy of Visual Arts and graduated in 2006. From there Lauren continued her education while working in the customer service and hospitality industry for over eight years. After relocating to Florida, Lauren quickly found her place within the golf industry. Lauren now utilizes her skill and passion for art and customer service as the Social Media and Marketing Manager for Integrity Golf Company.
Marisa is a native New Yorker who grew up in New Jersey and relocated to Florida. She brings over 20 years of experience in Employee Relations & Training Development from Kmart Corporation, In-Store Advertising & Promotions from Nobody Beats the Wiz, Design & Product Development from Mikasa Home and Sales & Office Management from Northwestern Mutual.
Marisa’s focus is on Integrity Golf’s most important asset, its Team Members. As Sr. Director of Talent Development & Executive Services, Marisa oversees our company initiatives involving employee relations and human resources, corporate policies, employment laws and regulations. She is also responsible for conducting employee training, assessments and providing solutions including support administration and executive services supporting Integrity Golf’s goals and initiatives.
Dorothy started her career in sales and marketing with the Walt Disney Company. She also has worked internationally with top hotels and resorts, including JW Marriott and Hotel Intercontinental. She has 22 years’ experience in the Foreign Service in charge of Diplomatic events and functions at American Embassies around the world. Dorothy has worked on special projects for the State Department and as Moral Officer at three embassies, receiving four awards for her service. Dorothy joined the sales team at Celebration Golf Club in 2008. She has been a driving force behind our sales initiatives and strategies. Dorothy is passionate about building working relationships with corporate and charitable organizations and increasing our sales revenues, year after year. She is an integral part of our acquisition team, and continues to steer Integrity Golf Company’s brand and sales division to exceed revenue goals.
With over 21 years in golf and retail sales and management, Michael began his golf career as a professional club fitter and general manager for “big box” golf-retail stores. He continued his work in the golf industry in private club membership, operations, marketing and retail management. He organized and coordinated the acclaimed PGA Show Demo Day operations at Orange County National Golf Center and Lodge, bringing more than 8,000 PGA Professionals and vendors to a single-day event. This outdoor event is one of a kind and the largest in the golf industry. Michael’s passion for his work is surpassed only by his pursuit of memorable experiences for our customers and guests. A creative marketing guru, Michael pursues excellence in managing inventory levels, pricing and merchandising, all while keeping his focus on maximizing our revenue initiatives.
CFO & Exec. VP, Corporate Development
Ed Whalley brings over 25 years of golf and hospitality industry experience to Integrity Golf Company. While attending the University of Central Florida, in Orlando, Fla., Ed entered the hospitality industry in 1990, working for seven years in management with Sheraton Hotels & Resorts. In 1997, he worked for the world’s largest golf management company, providing financial analysis as well as logistical and operations support to 150 public and private clubs in the eastern U.S. and the United Kingdom. Prior to joining Integrity Golf Company, Ed was the director of operations for Kitson & Partners Club Services, whose golf portfolio reached from the central Florida area to the Hawaiian Islands. Now, as CFO and executive vice president of corporate development of Integrity Golf Company, Ed works with all facets of business development, financial services and compliance across our entire portfolio.
Larry, who started his golf-course superintendent career in 1976, is a third-generation Certified Golf Course Superintendent and comes from an illustrious family of superintendents and golf-course architects. Beginning to work on golf courses at age 12, he learned the business under the tutelage of his grandfather and well-known father, Carl Snyder, CGCS, superintendent emeritus at the highly-acclaimed Boulders Resort and Club in Carefree, Ariz. Larry also gained significant experience in golf-course design and construction under the guidance of his uncle, Arthur Jack Snyder, past president of the American Society of Golf Course Architects. In his nearly 40-year career, he has overseen golf-course maintenance operations at numerous courses in Arizona, California and Florida. Larry achieved GCSAA’s Certified Golf Course Superintendent status in 1985 and is the past president of the Cactus and Pine Golf Course Superintendent Association.
Arto is a performance-driven senior executive with extensive food and beverage experience. His career began in 1984, when he opened his modern-style French restaurant, Café Lulu. In addition to his role as owner, Arto served as president and executive chef. An entrepreneur, he greatly expanded his knowledge of creativity with foods that would generate more revenue and increase quality. He is regarded as a strategist and a goal-oriented team builder, with over 29 years of expertise in restaurant management, catering, banquets and brand marketing. Arto is known for his proven success in restaurants and multi-channel marketing for food and beverage operations. He has worked for such reputable hotels as Peabody Orlando Convention Center, the Ritz Carlton Hotel, the Florida Hotel & Convention Center and Celebration Hotel. In 2007, Arto began working at Celebration Golf Club for Celebration Golf Management. Now he brings his unmatched food and beverage knowledge, leadership and strong communication skills to Integrity Golf Company
CEO & President
Gene was an accomplished junior golfer who later attended Florida International University, in Miami, Fla. In the late 1980s, Gene began his career in the golf industry with American Golf Corporation. He quickly worked his way up in the company, becoming a general manager, regional operations manager and revenue manager overseeing a variety of resort, daily fee, municipal and semi-private properties. In these roles, Gene was responsible for developing a number of company-wide marketing initiatives, growing American Golf to over 300 facilities. While tenured as American Golf’s mid-Atlantic regional director, the Florida native decided to move closer to his roots, finding his way to the highly-acclaimed Celebration Golf Club, the Robert Trent Jones Sr. & Robert Trent Jones Jr.-designed upscale daily-feel golf facility near Walt Disney World in the prestigious town of Celebration, Fla.
In 2008, Gene and his partners formed Celebration Golf Management, the largest Florida-based golf management company. To capitalize on growth in the golf industry nationwide, Gene later co-founded Integrity Golf Company. Now an industry leader, Integrity Golf Company has become one of the top golf-management companies in the world, as noted in Golf Inc. Magazine’s Top 25 Golf Management Companies.
William Jack Davis II
Born in Wise, Va., Jack is now a full-time resident of Orlando, FL. began his career as the director and vice president of business analysis for Rish Equipment Company in Bluefield, W. Va. Jack also rose in the ranks within his family’s multi-faceted business interests as asset manager for Davis Mining and Manufacturing, Inc., in Coeburn, Va.
After attending the Professional Golfers Career College in Orlando, Fla., Jack discovered a newfound passion for golf and the business of the game. He quickly became a partner in Celebration Golf Management, where he was responsible for the company’s accounting services and data analytics. Since the formation of Integrity Golf Company in 2013, Jack has assumed the role of chairman, and dedicates 100 percent of his time managing Integrity Golf Company’s affairs.
A native of the Ivory Coast in Africa, Tano is a testament to the value of junior golf programs and The First Tee efforts that focus on those not normally exposed to golf. After being selected to participate in a government-sponsored junior golf initiative, Tano proved to be a quick study of the game, becoming the Ivory Coast Junior Champion at age 15. He started working for American Golf in 1995 as a golf-shop attendant. A year later, he was promoted to golf instructor at Randall’s Island Golf Learning Center in Manhattan, NY. Tano later transferred to Celebration Golf Club in Celebration, Fla., as an assistant golf professional, becoming a key player in the early success of the club and earning the Regional Co-Worker of the Year Award in 1998. Not long afterwards, he was named assistant general manager of Dubsdread Golf Club, a historic public golf course in the heart of downtown Orlando, Fla. In 2005, he returned to Celebration Golf Club as golf operations manager, then was promoted in 2011 to general manager. A year later he transferred to Orange County National Golf Center & Lodge as general manager, the highly-rated 36-hole golf facility known for hosting the PGA Tour Q School finals for a number of years and PGA Demo Day. Tano believes in leaving lasting memories with those whose lives he touches, such as the Orlando Minority Youth Golf Association, which has recognized him for three consecutive years as an Outstanding Leader.
Born in St. Andrews, Scotland, the home of golf, Kenny has played on the European Tour and holds a Class AA status with the Professional Golfers Association of Great Britain & Ireland. He began teaching golf at Gleneagles in Scotland before coming to the U.S., where he decided to pursue his life’s work. In addition to holding a multitude of credentials, such as being a member of the European Teachers Federation and a certified CORE Golf instructor, he was honored as Florida’s Teaching Professional of the Year in 2006 and twice was named Ping’s Fitter of the Year. Kenny is a host of the weekly talk show The Leaderboard on Fox Sports Radio. He has brought the depth of his experience and knowledge, and the strength of his relationships with key professionals, suppliers and manufacturers, to Integrity Golf Company’s golf operations.
Exec. VP, Technology & Marketing Solutions
Born in New York then raised in South Florida, Steve was an avid junior golfer acquiring the “golf bug” from his grandfather who was a “scratch” golfer in his own right. Bringing over twenty-five years of golf and hospitality industry experience to Integrity Golf Company, early on in his career Steve joined forces with a land developer building golf courses and various other real-estate endeavors. He later pursued the Information Technology field with Walt Disney World Company and Disney Worldwide Services where he and his team supported all computer, network and communication systems for Walt Disney World Florida, Disneyland California and Euro-Disney Theme Parks, Resorts and Executive Offices.
Soon after leaving Walt Disney World Company, Steve worked in the publishing and media industry as Director of E-Business & Interactive Media. Through his leadership, he and his team grew sales by over 150% in less than one year. His efforts captured him the honor of being considered one of the top 100 IT Innovators by InfoWorld Magazine ahead of organizations such as the United States Air Force, George Washington University, Arthur Andersen, and New York Stock Exchange. Most recently, before joining Integrity Golf Company, Steve served in CIO, VP and consulting roles for companies in the Golf, Engineering, Hospitality, and Leisure/Travel industries.
